BALANCE BETWEEN MIND AND BODY — 15–06–2020

When I was in the 5th or 6th standard, I was an average student. Just managed to scrape through my grades to pass. I don’t know why I developed the feeling of uselessness, feeling of insecurity, and always used to feel am not worth it. As my siblings were very sharp in studies, they always come first and I always come last.. Automatically the feeling of comparison knocked my heart wall and I started thinking why am I here? what I have come for? Just to prove ourselves. Just to clarify ourselves, etc., so many negative thoughts. And you will be surprised I started keeping Sleeping pills in my drawer that this life is useless and it’s easy to end rather than fighting for..
Do you resonate with my story?

I think Most people get this feeling but how many come out of this fear, this insecurity and fight for it.

I don’t know why I am sharing this story with you today as I feel like this so many of us get this feeling often. As we all are in this competitive world where, to prove and to be judged ourselves is a challenge, whether it’s personal or work-related.

Now Yesterday’s incident with Sushant has taken me back completely, such a harsh step without consulting or even giving him one chance to himself to rethink his decision. To rethink how precious this piece of life is!

We all work on our external health but very few have the courage and take serious steps to work on their internal health. Unless we know our internal self, it is difficult for us to handle the external journey.
In this competitive world, it’s very important to balance our Mind and Body.
My suggestion to all the people who run Educational institutions, especially schools, colleges, even film institutes, and so many others like that, should first give training to students about life, about our existence being here.

Give first the introduction of mind and body and how to balance both… Without this awareness no one is successful. The lesson of being loved, the lesson of being respected, the lesson of Acceptance, the lesson of taking pressure, so many factors are there to first consider and taught before the main subject.
I pray for Sushant to move on this new journey now with Peace and acceptance! 🙏🙏 Om Shanti!
