“From Homemaker to Holistic Healer: My Journey of Transformation, Gratitude, and Abundance”
In the tapestry of life, we often find ourselves at a crossroads, facing moments that shape our destinies. For me, those crucial junctures were marked by emotional and mental turmoil. It was during these challenging times that spiritual gurus and mentors entered my life, guiding me toward the path of self-discovery and inner healing. Little did I know that these encounters would lead me to a profound transformation, ultimately culminating in my mission to share the wisdom of self-awareness with the world.
Breaking the Cocoon:
As I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey from being a homemaker, with no specific degree, I ventured into the entrepreneurial world and have successfully run a Design & Construction business for the past 18 years. My purpose was clear — to stand on my own feet, guide my children toward their dreams, and maintain the comfortable lifestyle my husband had provided. It was a daunting task, and I often questioned my abilities. However, I found solace in my hard work, unwavering intention, and an unshakeable belief in a higher power guiding my steps.
Discovering Self through Spirituality:
My journey of self-discovery began with a deep exploration of spirituality. It gradually dismantled the mental blocks I had unknowingly erected, introducing me to holistic practices, mindfulness, and cognitive meditations. With time, I nurtured a loving relationship with myself, spending time in solitude, and this journey ultimately gave birth to my book, “Find My ‘ME’.”
A Divine Plan Unfolds:
As a firm believer in the divine plan, I trust that my presence on this platform is orchestrated by a higher force. Today, as a grandmother to two beautiful boys, Nirvair and Anav, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and abundance for the journey I’ve travelled.
Answering the Soul’s Call:
Now, I sense a calling from the depths of my soul — a message from the universe. My purpose is clear: to help others on their journey of self-awareness. I’ve become a holistic healer and therapist, dedicated to helping people break free from emotional and mental blocks that often lead to physical ailments.

Loneliness has become an epidemic, affecting both the young and old. Yet, India’s mental health resources are severely lacking. It’s essential to recognize that emotional well-being is as vital as physical health. Ignoring emotional setbacks can lead to various physical ailments, and it’s time we address this disconnect.
Mind-Body Connection:
Having experienced pain and pleasure throughout my life, I understand the importance of the mind-body connection. While we readily seek treatment for physical illnesses, we often hesitate to address emotional and mental distress. My goal is to bridge this gap and help individuals find holistic healing.

Through extensive research on the mind-body connection, I’ve developed a transformative program called RHYTHM Mind-Body Healing. Rhythm is not just about music or dancing.
